Emotion-Focused
Psychotherapy • Parent-child relationship
Hi! I’m glad you’re here. Welcome to a space where we deal with emotions, which on the one hand are a compass that helps us navigate through life, and on the other hand can be a source of suffering. Since 2008, I have been working therapeutically with children, teenagers, and adults, helping them, among other things, to build a collaborative relationship with their emotions. In my private life, first and foremost I’m a mum, and in my free time I take care of animals that have had difficult experiences in their relationships with humans.
What keeps fascinating me, both in my therapeutic work and in my personal life, is constant discovering that, in general, taking an interest in emotions, having a friendly attitude towards them, recognizing them in ourselves and in our loved ones, is an approach that helps us build a friendly relationship with the world of our experiences. A relationship in which emotions help us respond appropriately to the smaller and larger challenges of everyday life. I invite you to join me in developing our knowledge and experience in the area of emotions – let it be an inspiring journey!

Psychotherapy
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) is a contemporary therapeutic approach from the humanistic-experiential therapeutic modality, combining the humanistic and existential philosophical roots of therapeutic practice with current scientific knowledge about human emotions. Genuineness in the therapeutic relationship is essential in this approach, as are empathy and a positive attitude of the therapist towards the client.
Parent-Child Relationship
There is no relationship more demanding and at the same time more beautiful (moving, joyful, and fulfilling) than that between a parent and their child. The word “demanding” cannot convey all the moments of hesitation, deep sadness, fears, and even terror, but also hope, happiness, and pride that we, as parents, experience as we accompany our children through their lives—from birth, through their first words, first steps, first rebellions, teenage loves, to those moments when our children become parents themselves.
